Structured Enterprise Development
In 2014, he founded Bdcalling IT Ltd., his first formal company, marking the transition from individual freelancing to structured enterprise development. Bdcalling IT Ltd. served as the initial operational foundation and capability incubator for his future ventures.

Following this, Muhammad Monir Hossain established multiple specialized companies, including Betopia Limited, Softvence, SM Technology, JVAI, Scaleup, Sparktech, and Back Bencher Studio. These ventures were strategically developed to address diverse global market needs and were later unified under a single holding structure - Betopia Group.
